a. Why do you believe you are qualified to be promoted to this position?
I am an active user who has been working as an administrator of the Encyclopedia SpongeBobia every day since 2020. I delete files, monitor user edits, delete vandal pages, block users. I also keep an eye on Wiki when everyone has night time.
b. Have you had experience with this position before?
I am a bureaucrat on the Russian SpongeBob wiki.
c. What are your best contributions to Encyclopedia SpongeBobia and why?
My best contribution is all the edits I've made on this wiki. I improve galleries, delete unnecessary, redundant and copying files.
d. How do you plan to use your rights if your request is successful?
First, be an active bureaucrat. Figmeister is inactive due to studies, and Spongebob456 and AMK152 are semi-active. Secondly, accept user requests if they want to complain about the crew of the wiki. Thirdly, to participate in bureaucratic stuff (Emergency User Rights Review and etc), archive and grant administrator rights, assistant rights. Fourth, use your rights to delete vandal pages, edits, files.
e. Have you been in a situation in which you needed the user rights for this position at that moment but were unable to act?
There were no tough cases, but if two bureaucrats had not responded in time about the Emergency User Rights Review BookFandumb, then I do not know what would have happened. There were also cases (as recently in the request to the administrator) that only one bureaucrat voted.
f. Is there anything else you want to add?
I think not.

- Neutral - While I can agree that another bureaucrat would be nice to have, I am not entirely sure if you would be completely suited to this role. You mention how you would be able to grant user rights, but considering that you have done very little archiving of other discussions as of late, and you had to be prompted before you voted on SPONGEBOBSUPERFANINFINITY's recent administrator request, I am doubtful whether the days of the other administrators having to inform the bureaucrats that a user needs to be granted user rights would truly come to an end. The other reason why I am not supporting is because of a few issues that have arisen, largely due to your standard of English. While it is good for a non-native speaker, errors that you have made have caused problems from time to time, including once swearing at a user and smaller things such as blocking a user with the block reason "idiot" and talking to inexperienced users in a tone that can come across as fairly rude. I am very aware that you have unwaveringly contributed to this wiki in good faith, and that you have made many great edits during your time here as well. However, given that bureaucrats are seen as the pinnacle of a wiki's userbase by inexperienced users and outsiders alike, the issues that I have brought up when put together mean that I do not feel as though I can support this at the moment, although with a few small changes I would be willing to support you getting these rights at a later date.
