Hello - my name is President Dubstep, and I'm requesting to become a bureaucrat here at this great wiki.

The question is; why do I think I'm ready to become a bureaucrat on ESB?
Let me start off by saying, yes, the normal requirement for receiving such rights states you must be admin for at least two years.

There is, however, an exception: 8. Any administrator requesting promotion to bureaucrat that does not meet the criteria outlined in clause 1, above, may be waived if the request is supported by all other active bureaucrats and the requestor has been an active administrator for at least one (1) year.
Let me also say I manage ESB's Google, Twitter, Facebook, and Skype.
Not only that, I also have been given access to http://spongebobia.com.

Furthermore, I have plenty of experience with ESB, its system and like.

Onto the next, what will I do with bureaucratic rights?
I feel that being given bureaucratic rights will enable me to assist ESB even more than I currently can. Just to name a few, creating/endorsing discussions, give rights to admin/chatmod/rollback/etc nominees, and promote bots as well.

I understand bureaucrat is a huge responsibility, and I think I am ready to obtain it.
