a. Why do you believe you are qualified to be promoted to this position?
I have been on this wiki for over a year now and in my entire time here, I have always been making edits to help improve galleries, trivia, page formatting, and infobox information. I also have a fair understanding of the wiki policy and the manual of style.
b. Have you had experience with this position before?
Yes. I've had administrator and Content Moderator (both of which includes all assistant abilities) rights on several wikis for long periods of time and I've always handled them quite well. You can check out my contributions on said wikis with the listing below:
c. What are your best contributions to Encyclopedia SpongeBobia and why?
Aside from moderating the Special:Chat here for almost a year, I've been making edits to improve the content on ESB for a good while. I've added images to galleries, added videos to pages, replaced or removed broken videos, added infoboxes to pages or added information to already existing infoboxes, cleaned up redirects and redirected them to the proper title (as well as marked the unused redirects for deletion), properly formatted interlanguage wiki links, reverted vandalism (and reported the vandals to the administrators) and fixed double redirects.
d. How do you plan to use your rights if your request is successful?
If this request is successful, I plan on helping users with protection/unprotection requests, reverting vandalism using the rollback tool, protecting pages targeted often by vandals, moving proposals from the concerns stage to the voting stage, helping to rename articles to match sentence case titles, and helping to fill out information on pages about upcoming episodes.
e. Have you been in a situation in which you needed the user rights for this position at that moment but were unable to act?
Yes, I have. During the time that I was fixing the double redirects on the wiki or trying to add information to infoboxes, I ran into issues due to protected pages and redirects quite often and I had to ask an administrator, mainly Alex.sapre or Jackninja5DipperGravityFalls, to complete the tasks. Due to ESB being auto-confirmed, I've also had to ask both users to remove semi-protection status off dozens of pages, files, and userpages due to the status being unneeded.
f. Is there anything else you want to add?
I want to note that I am open to any advice or criticism any of you may have, as it would help me improve myself as an editor and user on this wiki. I also want to say that I am very thankful for all of the wonderful opportunites that I've had on this wiki and all of the wonderful people and friends that I have met. I would be very honored to help this wiki as an assistant and I am looking forward to hearing all of your thoughts, even if you oppose this request.
