a. Why do you believe you are qualified to be promoted to this position?
I keep track of the users' edits, quickly roll them back, and keep track of the order. I can also keep order in the morning, so that vandals won't be able to attack the wiki when the admins are not active.

b. Have you had experience with this position before?
Yes, I am a bureaucrat and administrator of the Russian Wiki about SpongeBob.

c. What are your best contributions to Encyclopedia SpongeBobia and why?
I made a Pet or Pests/gallery (although it was later redone), categorized all of Fred's subgalleries, and categorized the main characters' subgalleries and their homes, offered a lot of ideas for the wiki.

d. How do you plan to use your rights if your request is successful?
I will delete vandal pages when administrators are not active, delete unnecessary files, block vandals, delete subgalleries.

e. Have you been in a situation in which you needed the user rights for this position at that moment but were unable to act?
Yes, when again administrators are not online, and vandals continue their actions, and all I can do is protect the page, which is ineffective.

f. Is there anything else you want to add?
I think I've said it all.

• Support - Stryker305 is active in 4:35 - 14:50 (UTC), it's the time when most of the admins are inactive due to living in another timezone. As SpongeTron D said, we need active admin at this time. The user has the experience and he proved his loyalty when he was an assistant here. He did useful edits every day, so it's also good for aspiring admin. For the disadvantages, Stryker305 isn't participating in discussions, but we have 9 discussion moderators (6 of them are active), so it doesn't really matter.
