Since people say on my other proposal to add ESB to Google + I have seen that it is inactive since 2015 and needs to become active again and we should even add tags to google + like so if Spongebob456 is the founder of it he would be google + manager or google + admin. Oppose - Pointless FireMatch ^(W•C•E)

Extremely Strong Oppose - Recently on top of planning to close down in April 2019, Google failed to stop not one, but two security leaks within the time. Google+ is very unsecure to use now, IMO was never good, and it's pointless anyways.
