Executive Order 2 is an action taken by AMK152 on December 28, 2013 as a follow up to Executive Order 1.
Executive Order 2
After a careful review of the “SpongeBuddy Mania transcripts" issue, I am now issuing the following executive order:
Earlier this month, there were complaints from a SpongeBuddy Mania user claiming that transcripts produced by said user for use at SpongeBuddy Mania were copied over to the wiki without the permission of said author. While there are multiple authors, there is a lack of proof of the SpongeBuddy Mania transcripts' origins, whether they were created by users of said SpongeBuddy Mania, or contributors of the wiki. This is rather trivial, concerning the real issue that we are concerned with is the ownership of the transcripts. I conclude the content of the transcripts is owned by neither the SpongeBob SquarePants Wiki or SpongeBuddy Mania. The content, from the dialogue to the concepts of each episode is owned by Nickelodeon/Viacom. I hereby repeal Executive Order 1.
