With all concerns from the concern stage of this discussion having been resolved and taken into account, the proposal located in the "Proposal" section above has been created and moved to voting. Proposal

Now, it comes down to this. After several months of analyzing our policies and developing some stable bylaws, it is time to vote to adopt.

By voting support, the provisional bylaws will become official bylaws and the convention will end.

By voting oppose, we will go back to discussion more bylaws changes.

Also note that all policies will be linked from ESB:Rules that explains the difference between each.

If passed, the next convention would begin on July 15, giving us 2 months to see how well this goes with keeping a stable policy. Of course, if there is an emergency and we need to change some provisions, we can do so. Otherwise, we have been working on reviewing these in detail over the past several months, so we should have a very solid, stable, consistent policy.

As a side note, I will also create a discussion for those who may want to make some changes to the bylaws after adoption to leave up through July 15th. This will be something we can reference so we can make the official change at the convention in July, allowing people to voice their opinion on needed changes, and making sure the changes are not made so frequently.
