Reason for review	I discovered this user by automatically updating file links for a gallery, and that user just happened to have a picture from that gallery on their user page. Well anyways, I went to their contributuions and I was surprised to find out that they are blocked, as their edits were good and I don't see any signs of them being a sock nor engaging in disruptive behavior. They added to a lot of galleries and created many important pages, such as SpongeBob's TV, Krusty Krab drive-thru, and Candy bar bag-carrying bag. Plus they made an extremely good edit on SpongeBob SquarePants (series). I don't see how they could be a sock. Plus, 456 responded to LuigiTheMurderer saying that he has no official evidence but believes this user to be a sock, which is not enough proof. Also, SBVTLH banned him from chat for supposedly being a sock, but that was just a mistake. Lastly, I asked for an IP check on this account and staff confirmed that they see no links between Icy and any sockmasters or disruptive accounts, so that basically confirms that they are indeed not a sock. If you can't see it, they said "We didn't see any official evidence that they were a sockpuppet, so this was likely based on admin suspicions."  RedBomb1 (M•C•E)  00:11, February 23, 2018 (UTC)

• Strong Oppose - First, the user has been referencing the In and out cheeseburger several times, which is something all Cookie socks were doing. Second, Cookie admitted to wanting to hurt Spongebob456 in a skype group for blocking his sock. If that's not enough proof, I don't know what is.
