Description[]
He is a dark tan or reddish fish with a white or pinkish underside. He wears white doctor clothing and sometimes holds a dark burgundy folder in his hand. He wears a purple tie and a silver head mirror.

In the time of "Octavio," he gives SpongeBob a peace offering, a stethoscope, to go and give to Octavio so the war will be over.
