He is one of the many doctors watching SpongeBob do Squidward's nose job, and like all of the other doctors, he is constantly amazed by his many performances during the surgery.

When Mr. Krabs asks if the Krusty Krab has any allergists, Doctor 3 speaks up, but another doctor calls out earlier than him and gets the job instead.
