The deli butcher is a character who appears in the episode "Olly Olly Organ Free."
Description[]
He is a muscular, green fish who wears a small white hat, has a gray shirt, and a white apron with red stains on it. When he first appears, his identity is concealed with a blue sweater and his head is framed in shadow.
Role in episode[]
The butcher first appears disguised at a club, where Patrick's organs go to dance. He offers them access to a "VIP lounge," which they accept. The organs are horrified when they find themselves in a deli display case, which the butcher had tricked them into. They try to run away, only for the butcher to say there is no escape and let out an evil laugh.
When Patrick visits the deli, the butcher offers him one of the meats on display. Patrick instead wants some potato chips. The butcher is about to hand a bag to him when Patrick's stomach inflates Patrick's lungs, exploding the case.
