Incidental 42 (named Dave,[3] Frank,[4] Percy,[5] Isabelle,[6] Harold,[7] and Scooter[8]) is a Bikini Bottomite and one of the most common background characters in the series. He is an orange fish who usually wears a light blue shirt. He first appears in the episode "F.U.N."
Description
He is a red-orange fish with light tan fins and flippers. He wears a light blue top and has light olive-green lips.
Family
He is married to Nancy Suzy Fish and appears in many episodes with her, such as "Mermaid Man vs. SpongeBob" and "Chum Bucket Supreme." He is the step-father of Norma's daughter. Despite their relationship, he appears with Norma Rechid in the episode "No Nose Knows." He also appears with Shubie Peterson in a few episodes such as "Karate Choppers" and "Patty Caper."
History
In "Valentine's Day," his name is Dave. He thanks SpongeBob for a present.
His name is Frank in "Dying for Pie." SpongeBob had shown Squidward and introduced him to everyone in Bikini Bottom. The last person seen to be introduced was Frank. This name was revealed when Squidward addressed him.
He is also a common customer at the Krusty Krab in "Greasy Buffoons."
In "I Had an Accident," his name is Percy.
In "Good Ol' Whatshisname," his name is Isabelle when Squidward reads from the book of names.
In The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water, his name is Harold.
In Nicktoons Freeze Frame Frenzy, his name is Scooter.
