Character
Crab lady[1] is a fish who appears in the episode "Ink Lemonade."
Description
She is a light pink fish with magenta fins and lips. She wears a red dress with frill at the bottom, along with a pair of red shoes. She carries a yellow handbag.
Role in episode
She is first seen approaching Patrick's Black lemonade stand, wondering what he is selling. After drinking some black lemonade (and freaking out due to its taste) she yells through a megaphone that it is "a unique taste sensation." She then orders another cup, but Patrick runs out and goes to get more from Squidward. When he gets back, he find out that a long line of customers are standing behind the crab lady.
Trivia
Her crab form in the early storyboard
- In the early storyboard for "Ink Lemonade," she was a crab instead of a fish, which is why she is called "crab lady" in the credits despite being a fish.
- The fact that she acts like a crab after she tastes black lemonade references this.
