The clerk is a character who appears in the episodes "No Pictures Please", "Pat the Horse" and "Krusty Koncessionaires".
Description
He is a yellowish-brown fish with a brown mustache. He wears a blue uniform with a red bow tie and a blue hat with a yellow circular badge on it.
Role in series
"No Pictures Please"
The clerk informs Patrick that the bus deport does not sell balloons and then slams the window in Patrick's face.
"Pat the Horse"
When he sees Patrick-as-a-horse passing by, he grumpily follows him to clean up after him.
