Cindy[1], also known as Teen 7, is a minor character who first appears in "Squeaky Boots."
Description[]
She is a light blue fish with light blue fins and light purple lips. She wears a dark purple skirt and flipper slippers.

She also has an alternate color palette that debuts in "SpongeBob's Big Birthday Blowout" where her fins are colored bright cyan.

She is a light tan fish with a greenish-tan dorsal fin and red lips. She also wears a bright red dress, shell earrings, and shoes.

She also has an alternate pajama wearing design that debuts in "The Slumber Party" where she is colored orange with a yellow dorsal fin and wears a lavender blouse. She also lacks her earrings and shoes.

Cindy has made very few appearances in the franchise as her main variant. Her "Teen" incidental variant, Teen 7, has made many appearances, who is regularly portrayed to be a teenager. Cindy can usually be seen alongside Incidental 11 in many of her appearances. She was first portrayed to be a friend of Pearl.

She appears at Pearl's birthday party alongside three other friends. Like the others, she wears flipper slippers, which makes Pearl wish for some too. She and the others laugh at Pearl when Mr. Krabs gives her cheap, black rubber boots instead.

Teen 7 is seen talking on the phone. All of a sudden, Squidward bumps into her, which causes her to go flying in the air and explode.

Teen 7 appears as one of the students at Mrs. Puff's Boating School. She later appears when Acceleration T. Greenlight gives her the driver's license after passing Greenlight Driving School. She says thanks to her and gets to drive on her boatmobile. She then would make an appearance near the end of the episode, back at Mrs. Puff's Boating School.

- She is the only character who still regularly wears flipper slippers. Incidentals 7, 8, and 11 used to wear flipper slippers in their older designs but no longer wear them in their current designs.
