Buford,[1] also known as Incidental Y2 is a "Y" incidental who first appears as one of the secondary antagonists of the episode "Trenchbillies."
Description[]
He is a fat orange cave fish who has a small green triangular dorsal fin with darker green stripes, red-orange stripes on his fins, a thick black unibrow, chubby cheeks, dark orange lips, and two asymmetrical buckteeth. He wears a petrol-green wool cap with a lighter rectangular detail on the front and two little wool balls on the top, a torn dark beige long-sleeved shirt with brown buttons, and a pair of overalls that match with his cap. His irises are two lines, and he has eyebags beneath his eyes.

Buford has appeared in only two episodes so far, as well as having two game appearance and one book appearance as well. He was firstly designed to be one of the many trenchbillies that serves as the secondary antagonist after Ma Angler.
