"Boring Morning" was composed by Nicolas Carr and Steve Marston. The main instruments being played in the piece include the bassoon, string instruments, and the harpsichord. This track is a soundalike of "Wooden Bear."
There is a short version without the bassoon and with an additional ukulele named "Light and Stupid Conversation."
