Honestly, the opened heart surgery scene in dying for pie is more frightning, it even has blood squirting from Squidwards heart. Not to meantion the whole episode characters are talking about/imagining SpongeBob exploding from eating a pie-bomb and at the end they blow up all of Bikini Bottom with an atomic explosion. This episode is not banned as far as I know yet it is more frighting than the security system scene.

Yeah, but other countries left this scene uncut, while "Just One Bite" scene is deleted everywhere except of Canada. I mean, the gas scene is not even disturbing. It's rather funny.

I have no idea why itg was cut in other countries but of all the roumers ive heard the one that it was cut for more comercial time seems to make the most sense.
