Billy,[1] also known as Incidental 65[2] and Customer 3, is an incidental character who first appears in the episode "Pickles." His incidental type is currently unknown.
Description[]
Billy is a short foghorn-shaped lime green fish with orange-red lips and a slightly darker green spiky dorsal fin. He wears a light orange shirt with a scarlet stripe in the middle. In his older appearances, He wore no clothing, Revealing two light orange stripes on his body. Customer 3 shares the same appearance as Billy's old design variant.
Names[]
Billy is the only generic name Incidental 65 has been given in the franchise. It was used for him in "Walking Small."
Role in series[]
Billy has made a few notable and speaking roles throughout the series. He mostly appears as a silent incidental character throughout the series. He was firstly designed to be a Krusty Krab customer.

"Pickles"[]
He appears at the Krusty Krab with Incidental 63 and Incidental 30 claiming that Squidward burnt his shake and he then leaves the Krusty Krab with them. He is later seen watching SpongeBob and Bubble Bass' show off alongside Incidental 6 and Incidental 67.

He is seen receiving "free" Krabby Patties after the Krusty Krab explodes and Krabby Patties come raining down.
"Walking Small"[]
Billy finds what he believes is a "toy tractor" on the shore of Goo Lagoon and wants to pick it up, but his mother, Incidental 14, tells him to put it down, much to his disappointment. The tractor is actually Plankton's bulldozer. He also appears as one of the kite flyers.

He is shown to be disturbed and concerned during Squidward's cruel prank on SpongeBob.

He is seen being tossed in the air during the town's destruction.

He appears as one of Kevin C. Cucumber's biggest fans in the ditch.

He looks at SpongeBob with shock after he greets the customers with a swear.

He claims that he is hungry after hearing Squidward's speech giving Sandals the idea to get a Krabby Patty at the Krusty Krab.

He makes some notable appearances in the audience in a few shots during Squidward's recital.
