The belt buckle thug,[1][2] also known as the orange sailor fish,[3] and the fish with sailor hat,[1][4] is a tough fish who first appears in the episode "No Weenies Allowed."
Description[]
He is a big muscular orange fish who has a wide body build, scales around his face, short mouth fins, and round eyes which have beige sclera. He wears a dark green sailor hat, a white tank top, and a pair of dark mauve pants that cover his feet, held by a big black belt with a golden buckle, much like Mr. Krabs.

He is colored lavender and his shirt and pants are colored red. His hat is also colored dark blue.
Role in series[]
The belt buckle thug has made a few appearances throughout the series. He is normally portrayed as a tough and muscular fish that can usually be seen among other muscular characters. He was firstly designed to be a patron at The Salty Spitoon.

He gets into a fight with the bubba fish over who which one of them was in the front of the line. Reg sees the two of them fighting and lets them both get in The Salty Spitoon.
"Shell of a Man"[]
He is seen attending the Navy reunion at the Bikini Bottom Convention Hall.
"Sharks vs. Pods"[]
He is seen as a horrified patron of the Howlin Marlin in The Sharks's retelling of what happened to Jonnie.
"Salty Sponge"[]
He is one of the patrons at The Salty Spitoon and later becomes a Softy Spitoon patron.
