One day, he buys a pearl from SpongeBob and Patrick.
Role in series[]
"Porous Pockets"[]
He first appears inside the Bikini Bottom Volleyball Courts and Appraisal Center. He is on the phone with someone who wants to sell something that is 100 years old, when he looks outside and sees SpongeBob and Patrick stretching, next to the "volleyball." He hangs up the phone and walks outside.
He walks over to SpongeBob and Patrick and greets them. He says that he could not help but notice the lovely "ball." He lifts up the "volleyball" and says that it is heavier and shinier than he was expecting. He asks where SpongeBob and Patrick found it. SpongeBob says that they found it deep in Jellyfish Fields. The appraisal worker then asks what it was doing there and SpongeBob says that it was choking a clam.
The appraisal worker asks SpongeBob and Patrick would sell it for a small fortune. Patrick asks what the appraisal worker means by "small fortune." It is revealed that he gives SpongeBob truckloads of money.
"Hello Bikini Bottom!"[]
Near the end of the episode, he appears when Mr. Krabs is putting the Krusty Krab in his boat. Plankton walks up with a wagon full of money. He wants to buy the Krusty Krab. He notices that it is gone. He asks where it went. The Pawn Shop owner tells Plankton that he sold it, but has a slightly used Taco Stand.
