It is a giant pixel nose with green mucus coming out its nostril and it has a pink color, like what a nose would look like.
Role in episode[]
Lord Royal Highness invites SpongeBob, Sandy, and the others to play a virtual reality video game where the main character is shrunk to a microscopic level to fight an Aggressive Case of the Sniffles. Once in the game, the Sniffles sneezes on SpongeBob, Patrick, and Squidward and takes them away from Sandy, leading her to fight it in a musical number.
After she defeats it, she wins the game.
