The "Navy" incidentals are a group of retired Navy member incidentals that were designed for "Shell of a Man." One model number for these incidentals currently known: Navy 3.

Each "Navy" incidental has its own physical appearance.

He is a muscular pale green colored fish with a toothless mouth and strands of hair on the back of his head. He wears a pale pink tank top with a darker pink speedo and an indigo and light blue colored captain's hat. He also has thin pink feet.

He is a pale blue muscular fish that has stubble on his chin, a pale lavender dorsal fin, lips, and hair with a flat top. He also has wrinkles and appears to be potbellied. He wears neon green shorts with a yellow-green waist.

He is a tan muscular fish with a light tan dorsal fin and lips. His eyes are huge and he wears a red tank top.
"Muscle extra" 2[]
He is a cyan muscular fish with lavender lips and an orangish-tan dorsal fin. He wears a pale yellow tank top and a blue speedo.
Incidental 185[]
He is a somewhat muscular lime green fish with pale orange lips who wears a white sailor's hat, a white dress shirt with a red necktie, and light indigo shorts with a brown belt.

He is based off of Reg. He is colored yellow with dark yellow lips and wears a dark blue speedo.

He is based off of the Popeye fish. He is colored light aquamarine. His hat is dark blue and his speedo is orange.

He is based off of the belt buckle thug. He is colored lavender and his shirt and pants are colored red. His hat is also colored dark blue.
Tough guy fish[]
He is based off of the tough guy fish. He is colored olive green with a light olive green shaved head with no mohawk. His eyes are also colored purple and he wears a black tank top with no pants.
Muscle Fish 4[]
He is a light tan muscular fish with dark yellow lips and a black unibrow and bowlcut. He wears a yellow-green tank top and a dark green speedo along with a white sailor's hat.

He is a short greenish yellow fish with a darker colored dorsal fin, with squiggly line and spot details on him. His eyes have dark periwinkle pupils, that have bags under them. He wears brown pants with a dark brown belt, and a gold buckle, and a small blue sailor cap.

Role in series[]
They were mainly designed to be the many retired members of the Navy at Mr. Krabs' Navy reunion alongside his own shipmates, Mutton Chop, Torpedo Belly, Iron Eye, and Lockjaw Jones. Most of them appear to have a very muscular build. They can also be seen among other muscular characters in other episodes of the series, such as "Larry the Floor Manager" and "Say Awww!"
