The "Doctor" incidentals were all designed to be the many doctors watching SpongeBob perform Squidward's nose job. Doctors 4, 6, and 11 were reused as "Musician" incidentals in "Krusty Katering." In "Don't Make Me Laugh," some doctors appear in the operating room when SpongeBob's laughing ruins an attempted surgery on a robot.

Trivia[]

  • Doctors 7 and 15 are the only "Doctor" incidentals that aren't fish.
  • There are two other sets of "Doctor" incidentals in the series, the pair of "Doctor" incidentals from "The Lost Mattress," (Doctor 1 and Doctor 2) and the pair of "Doctor" incidentals that act as supporting characters in "Code Yellow." (Doctor 1 and Doctor 2)
