From what I've watched so far in recent times, it's "Squid Baby" for me. There were many things in that episode that made me feel uncomfortable in many ways, whether it be Squidward acting like a baby because of the head injury he sustained, SpongeBob and Patrick being dangerously irresponsible in handling him, or that humiliating ending. It was also thoroughly unfunny and boring, making things more unbearable for me.
