I guess Squidward would go through the same thing SpongeBob went through. I wonder if Mr. Krabs, Plankton and maybe Larry would end up going through same thing.

Mr. Krabs pretty much tricked Squidward into thinking he was getting a vacation that was covered but it was just a brochure itself. It doesn't he can take a vacation after released, just have to pay for his expenses.
You did made good points though. Plankton did mange to take over Bikini Bottom in the first SpongeBob movie which lasted until Sponge and Pat got the crown back. The scheme did later on fail, a true finale would be Plankton's scheme to succeed for good.

Nothing wrong with the thoughts
My prediction in a Spongebob series finale, SpongeBob would finally get a drivers license, get married to Sandy. Plankton would finally steal the Krabby Patty formula, making the Krusty Krab no more, Squidward would move to his real dream, being a clarinet musician, Mr. Krab works at Larry's gym. Patrick would work at the Chum Bucket.

I don't really remember the before then. Guess I didn't pay attention then.
In the episode, Shuffleboarding, SpongeBob and Patrick pretend to be Memaridman and BarnacleBoy to go to a shuffleboarding competition but we never see them do the tournament as it was off screen. It would have made sense to show the scene where they did so.
