i think the only confirmed closures for the uk are mtv's music channels, but if the cost cutting continues i wouldn't be surprised if more were to go.
the only ones i can see possibly going are comedy central extra and nicktoons. but so far none of paramount's business decisions have made sense to me, so it could be all of them continue for another decade or all of them go tomorrow.
from what i've heard the entirety of mtv's music team has been layed off. that's going to be a lot of people struggling to get work elsewhere.
and for the consumers, paramount+ is just terrible, at least in the uk. there are numerous examples of content that is owned by paramount, is on paramount owned channels, is not available on other streaming services here, but, for reasons unknown to me, is still not available on paramount+. not to mention it's yet another streaming service people would have to pay for to watch content that was previously available on a service they may have already had.

apparently there were plans to bring back invader zim but the budget the crew were offered wasn't enough for what they wanted to do
it seems unlikely given the state nickelodeon is currently in that they would be offered more now
