Krabs stole the oyster’s pearl and almost let SpongeBob and/or Patrick take the fall for this incident. If Plankton was there and was a victim, he could’ve sued Krabs everything he owns (even the formula) for theft and letting innocent people take the blame instead of faking the injury like before. If there was a trial in the episode, Mr. Krabs would be found guilty and Plankton might’ve won. It’s all about being a real victim instead of faking in order to win. Maybe with the help of Karen added can help.

@Eliternal , I have something for you to do. Can you think of an alternate ending for this episode? That angry crowd was getting on my nerves. So do one where the real Clamu shuts everybody up and teaches them a lesson with Spongebob’s help from Sandy, and Oyster Stadium gets destroyed as everyone runs away screaming. And he reveals that the person whose disguised as Sandals in a Cockney accent is not the real Sandals.

Also, a second alternate ending where the Flying Dutchman appears and explains to them how offended Spongebob and Patrick are by people throwing peanuts at the criminal, and that Clamu was the worst of all. Then the crowd starts to feels really bad for Spongebob and Patrick knowing that everyone lost and owes them an apology, and Spongebob wouldn’t answer. Then, the Flying Dutchman decided to take the zookeeper who punished Krabs for his crimes and everyone runs away from Oyster Stadium knowing that was a prank they pulled.

I'll start first:

1. I did NOT care, or even like Pearl Krabs at all. She's just a generic bratty teenage daughter of Mr. Krabs who is just plain annoying and stupid. Not to mention, she's rather forgettable compared to the rest of the other main characters in my opinion.

2. Patrick is way smarter than what a lot of people give him credit for (especially in seasons 1-4), while Squidward is truly one of the most talented and underrated artists of our generation.

3. Modern SpongeBob is nowhere nearly as bad as Classic SpongeBob as everyone's making it out to be. While I may not be a fan of the current seasons because they feel very different in tone from the classic episodes that I'm used to, I don't think it's OBJECTIVELY terrible, and I can see the appeal for the people who DO like them.
