I just realized this, but it's pretty crazy to think about how 3 or 4 SpongeBob video games all came out in the year 2023 alone. The Cosmic Shake, SpongeBob: Krusty Cook-Off (physical version), PowerWash Simulator SpongeBob SquarePants Special Pack, and Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2. I know two of those are technically not new games, but their physical/DLC releases were all in the same year regardless. By the way, I have all of the physical SpongeBob Nintendo Switch games that came out in 2023. Although my copy of Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2 is just a digital code, no cartridge in box making it kind of pointless to own, but the game is still cool.

You know today is a good day when two SpongeBob related video games trailers (SpongeBob SquarePants: The Cosmic Shake and Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2) are uploaded on the same exact day. Plus, both trailers contain some footage not used in previous trailers. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xn0yv5raoDY

Without spoiling the opening of Cosmic Shake
Due to 2024 marking both the 25th anniversary of SpongeBob SquarePants and the 20th anniversary of The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie, here are my predictions as to what will happen in 2024:
THQ Nordic and Purple Lamp Studios announce and release The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie: 20th Anniversary Edition for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch and PC (as well as a digital bundle called SpongeBob SquarePants 25th Anniversary Bundle containing Battle for Bikini Bottom - Rehydrated, The Cosmic Shake, and The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie: 20th Anniversary Edition)
The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie, The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water, and The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge on the Run will receive 4K Ultra HD Blu-Ray releases (both individually and as a 3-pack)
Paramount Home Entertainment will begin releasing complete seasons of SpongeBob SquarePants on Blu-Ray
Let me know what else you hope happens in 2024!
I've actually been stumped on what these could be.
The first idea I had was reference The Cosmic Shake in which the Sculk could be Cosmic Jelly and the Warden could be some original blind jelly monster, but I'm not to confident in that idea.
The second idea I had was to make the Sculk some sort of polluted tar and the Warden be a damaged ToyBob of all things with said tar covering his eyes, effectively making him blind, but considering that I have plans to make the Ender Dragon SpongeBot SteelPants from BFBB, it might be redundant to have two robot SpongeBobs in the resource pack.
Give me your thoughts on what you think the Warden and Sculk should be. Ideally something that isn't comical, since the Warden is meant to be scary.
how do i replay the madame kassandra bossfight in the cosmic shake
Yep, I now have every stand-alone SpongeBob video game on the Nintendo Switch released so far.
Thank you administrators by the way for deleting my original image comparison of this. Anyways, you guys were telling me that the Nintendo Switch games always have generic backsides when that's objectionably not true. The recent backsides for The Cosmic Shake and Krusty Cook-Off prove that, yes, you can have a good backside on your games, even with the limit space on the Nintendo Switch cases. The Cosmic Shake backside case has a lot more screenshots, some of which even pop out of the frame. They also have chosen some really good and colorful screenshots to represent the game. Plus, the purple background fits with the front cover artwork. Krusty Cook-Off backside case also has a lot of screenshots along with some really nice buildings, sky, and character artwork. I know the character artwork poses are stock art images, but I'll take some artwork over no artwork. Additionally, the company are bigger and easier to read on the backsides of both The Cosmic Shake and Krusty Cook-Off. Both of these are a major step-up from Battle for Bikini Bottom: Rehydrated's backside case which just has white text, a few screenshots, small barely readable company logos, and a dark blue background that's not even used anywhere in the actual game itself. So yeah, it is possible to have good backsides on Nintendo Switch games and the recent SpongeBob games have done exactly that. I think Krusty Cook-Off has the best backside out of all these.
Welp, it happened just like I said it would. Today, I finally got my hands on the two newest video games which are the highly anticipated SpongeBob: The Cosmic Shake and the lesser talked about SpongeBob: Krusty Cook-Off physical release. Both of mine are for the Nintendo Switch.
