This is probably one of the least biggest mysteries in the Spongebob universe; but I think that it's an interesting topic to discuss: how and why did Sandy Cheeks come to Bikini Bottom?

SpongeBob Squarepants and Kamp Koral: Spongebob's Under Years both have alternate explanations on how Spongebob and Sandy first met: in Spongebob Squarepants, Spongebob met Sandy after he tried to save her from a giant clam; in Kamp Koral, Spongebob met Sandy at Kamp Koral; but I think there's still a big mystery about Sandy Cheeks that hasn't been discussed as much: how did she get to Bikini Bottom in the first place? Also, why did she come to Bikini Bottom?

Throughout the series, it is said that Sandy is a squirrel from Texas; but has Sandy ever revealed why she left Texas in the first place? Or how she came to live in Bikini Bottom? Also, how did she make her treedome?

In the episode, Texas, Sandy felt so homesick about Texas, that she almost went back to it; but I don't think that Sandy has ever truly revealed why she left Texas? Hence my question: How and why did Sandy come to Bikini Bottom? What are your thoughts or theories?
