Nah screw the theme song and screw Greasy Buffoons (even the last time Dingle's Regetta played)
I can't let this slide
I hope someone got fired for that blunder

I have seen this episode... and it was good... But then, I saw it on Prime Video... TEXTLESS (INTERNATIONAL) THEME USING ENGLISH MUSIC! It was an error, yes... but it was cool... and it made me think that the textless theme was inspiration for a few videos about Spongeboy Ahoy intros... Yes, they are low quality, but do a comparison and you can see that the textless theme is used in the (fake) Spongeboy Ahoy intros
So there was this fathers day ecard where Hoops (The pink cat) and Yoyo (The green bunny) sang a song with its tune sounding suspiciously similar to the theme song of SpongeBob. I found this list of different ecards but also this one in a YouTube video.

Timestamps for the ecard I mentioned: 16:56 to 17:37
And can someone also add this entry at SpongeBob in popular culture?

Information is provided above for reference
It’s basically the same thing, but when “Sponge” is said in the intro, it goes to another song from that same show, but with different elements.
I’ll start:
Are you ready, kids?
So, the new SpongeBob came out in 2016 starting with "Goodbye, Krabby Patty?", but what if the new SpongeBob intro made in 2015 starting with episode, "Lost in Bikini Bottom"?
It’s time for the ultimate challenge!
I want you to sing the SpongeBob theme song, but there’s a twist, every time someone says the word “SpongeBob” is replaced with another song in the SpongeBob universe but each time someone says a word that has a vowel is replaced with a SpongeBob meme!
Okay, got it? Good! Now we’ll begin!
Are you ready, kids?
Aye aye, Captain!
I can’t hear you! Aye aye Captain! Oooooooohhhhhhhhh!
Who lives in a pineapple under the sea?
Here’s a twist on a theme song! Everytime there’s the word “Bob” in the SpongeBob theme song, it gets transitions to the next SpongeBob song.
Are you ready kids?
Aye aye captain!
I can’t hear you!
Aye aye, captain!
Oooooh!

I really want to know. SpongeBob was the only pre-HD animated show to not update their original 4:3 SD theme song to the HD widescreen 16:9 format. Every other long-running animated show had one made before switching. The Simpsons, Arthur, King of the Hill, Family Guy, American Dad, and *gag* The Fairly OddParents. My best guess for this was the crew focusing on Sponge out Of Water, like the same reason season 9 lasted for nearly 5 years and outlasted nearly all of the 2010s and Regular Show's entire run.
What do you guys think?
Lyrics:
Are you ready, kids?
Aye-aye, Captain.
I can't hear you!
Aye-aye, Captain!
Oh...! Who lives in a pineapple under the sea?
SpongeBob SquarePants!
Absorbent and yellow and porous is he!
SpongeBob SquarePants!
If nautical nonsense be something you wish,
SpongeBob SquarePants!
Then drop on the deck and flop like a fish!
SpongeBob SquarePants!
Ready?
SpongeBob SquarePants!
SpongeBob SquarePants!
SpongeBob SquarePants!
SpongeBob... SquarePants! A-ha-ha-ha-ha!
Hey, let’s sing the SpongeBob SquarePants intro, but the letter S gets replaced with another letter.
Let’s sing!
Are you ready, kidf?
