So basically the SpongeBob crew are making actual sequels to the golden era of SpongeBob (aka Seasons 1 - 3).
These include sequels to "Idiot Box", "SB-129", "Plankton's Army" & I think "The Great Snail Race" as well but I'm not too sure really.
Here's some proof of this happening btw:

In Krab Borg, while Mr. Krabs is talking to the DJ about the Boop Boop Bop song, if you slow the gibberish down (like 0.25x speed) I can make out a bit of sensible dialogue such as what sounds like "I'm sorry" and some other stuff. It sounds like it's being said by a child or even Elmo from Sesame Street. In Krusty Krab Training Video, Plankton's gibberish was actually something he says in Plankton's Army, but rearranged and sped up. Do you think they did something similar here?
