Nicktoons

Is the Nickelodeon MTV channel NickMusic still a thing? One time I was on a free trial with Fubo, and it had NickMusic. I clicked on it and it was playing some random music video. But that was over 3 years ago. The latest I’ve heard from news about the channel, was when the whole CrowdStrike outage last summer happened. Even though I don’t have the channel anymore and don’t listen to music videos, I still want to know like, what’s going on there right now. I only have Nickelodeon, Nick 2, Nick Jr, Nicktoons and TeenNick right now.

Plot:

We see SpongeBob (SpongeBob SquarePants) trying to watch an episode of All That, but the Nickelodeon channel drops abruptly, causing SpongeBob to get so mad he calls Doug (Doug). Then, Doug rallies the troops, with Nicktoons characters like Tommy (Rugrats), Ren (Ren & Stimpy), Rocko (Rocko's Modern Life), and several others. Then, Jenny Wakeman (My Life as a Teenage Robot) calls for alien backup. And when Jenny calls for alien backup, Patrick (SpongeBob SquarePants) gets a satellite lodged in his brain.

Remember:

DON'T LET PATRICK GET A SATELLITE LODGED IN HIS BRAIN!

What do you think the script would be like?

Following the schedule changes of Nickelodeon, Nick Jr. and TeenNick, this will be the new weekday Nicktoons schedule starting September 8, 2025.

I could be wrong, but I’ll still hoping this is a permanent change on the Nicktoons schedule. I only heard this on Discord by someone.

Basically replace the members of the Star family with a Nicktoon character. My idea was:

Jimmy Neutron replaces Squidina in Rock Bottom.

Timmy Turner replaces Cecil in Ripped Pants.

Danny Phantom replaces Bunny in Neptune's Spatula

Invader Zim replaces GrandPat in Help Wanted

Lincoln Loud replaces Granny Tentacles

(Ignore the fact none of them can breathe underwater naturally.)

Since it's been almost a year since SpongeBob SquarePants aired nonstop 24/7 on the NickToons channel, with a few reruns of The Patrick Star Show and/or (rarely) Kamp Koral, (to all Nicktoons fans out there) what are the best Nicktoons to watch if you’re tired of SpongeBob (in your opinion) and why?

I have finally achieved my goal to watch the latest Nickelodeon shows! Thank you all so much for your help! I found it all on TheTVApp!

Well, the Nicktoons channel has completely fell into ruin, it used to be a variety of shows and now it's SpongeBob 24/7. Don't blame SpongeBob for this. Blame Nickelodeon for having a history of never wanting to give their other shows a chance if they aren't an instant hit. Why not just give SpongeBob a 24/7 channel on PlutoTV called NickSponge and the Nicktoons channel could then go back to airing pre-2010 (and/or post-2010) shows (along with SpongeBob as well)?

They’ve done it on Paramount+.

After watching Disney get together their iconic animated characters for a group photo in “Once Upon A Studio” and Jellystone will have a massive upcoming crossover with Cartoon Network later this year, I feel I might got han idea for a SpongeBob episode that would be a meta-commentary towards the show and channel and huge tribute and take that towards Nickelodeon‘s cartoons by having Sandy create a machine that creates a portal bringing the other Nicktoons into the world of SpongeBob and having them fight off and interact off with the entire town of Bikini Bottom one another. It would be called SpongeBob Vs. Nicktoons-Quantum Crisis in Bikini Bottom and it would be a great crossover special to spite Nickelodeon for their oversaturaiton and putting SpongeBob as number one and for screwing over cartoons they made in the past,as well as a special for Nick Animation’s 35th Anniversary. I know real crossovers aren’t allowed in SpongeBob,but I would love to see Vincent Waller and the other SB crew break the rule by having SpongeBob and everyone in Bikini Bottom interact with the entire array of Nicktoons characters. Also,the characters that will appear in the special will be from Nicktoon shows:
