King Neptune's crown

Question:Why does King Neptune(the one from the OG SpongeBob movie)kill people for shallow reasons? He nearly killed three people:One for touching his crown,threatened to kill SpongeBob along with his boss,when he got in the way of his target, and nearly fried Mr. Krabs to death for stealing his crown and taking it to Shell City? I know he is meant to enforce the laws of his sea and is doing his job,but the way he kills people as death sentences feels unethical,unreasonable, and murderous,even if the poor sea creatures don’t deserve Neptune’s wrath and death from him.even if he commited a wrongdoings,rather than actual punishments. Even Mindy says he can barely go a day without executing someone. Why does Neptune kill people for shallow and unfair reasons,including touching or messing with his crown and or getting in his way,even if they did commit serious crimes,they don’t deserve to die by him.

I want to ask a question about the incarnation of King Neptune from The OG SpongeBob movie: While I do like his constant freakouts when he gets upset and overracts over the wrongdoings and crimes commited by people,learning to respect love and compassion by agreeing with his daughter,Mindy at the end of the movie after SpongeBob and Patrick brought his crown back and saved Mr.Krabs from his execution,and he does feel bad and worried about his bald spot because his crown is the reason it covers his thinning head. I also love most of his lines and the parts where he get's hair sprayed in his eyes and forces his squire to execute a pole.

But is there a reason why he gets so angry over the smallest of things,a justifiable reason is so mean and harsh on his subjects(besides his loyalty and affection for his daughter,Mindy and Mindy worrying about his tyrannical attitude),and how he rules with the sea with a iron fist,other than his crown being reason why she learn to wear it unless you act harsh.

Even Mindy told SpongeBob and Patrick she'll be queen of the sea one day and get to know all the sea creatures,she would also tell Neptune the creatures of the sea won't fear her unlike him when she becomes charge of the sea one day and I wish they're was another dynamic scene in the movie(my idea is inspired by a level in the PC game of the SB movie,Free Mindy) where after Plankton watches the news of Krabs' punishment continue with Perch Perkins telling everyone,who is watching(including Pearl(who doesn't seem to care about her father's death row and thinks she will spend a lot of money on mall stuff now when her father passes on),Squidward(watching the news while watching TV while sipping tea),and Sandy). Neptune grounds Mindy with a guard watching over her(with her grounding being due to leaving her carriage without his permission),foils the guard by faking there's a sea monster out there and she escapes without her father noticing(since Neptune is too busy dealing with his bald spot and preparing for the execution in 6 days(It would also show he would practice executing people by firing ragdolls replicas of the people he's punishing,which also helps him relief stress whenever he's pissed off), and he would also feel depressed over the loss of his crown,while his squire comforts him and helps him with his bald problem). Mindy,would sneak into the stables and escapes her punishment by grabbing the carriage and heading off(promising to help SpongeBob and Patrick on their journey). Also,another dynamic trait during Neptune is that when Mindy asked him about being a loving and compassionate ruler during her punishment of being grounded,Neptune would feel anxiety about being stuck between two things:continuing to act angry and harsh towards his subjects and being obsessed with harsh punishments or listening to Mindy and giving up his tyrannical attitude to show more love and compassion to his subjects. He would also tell Mindy that he has the right to be king and punish anyone who pisses him off or messes with his crown and even he did order SpongeBob to return with his 6 days,he will still has six days to execute this crab whenever or not,he would return with his crown,which would be more reasonable.("I understand your concern,daughter,but the little yellow kid you forced me to convince him to return with my crown in 6 days,whenever or not the sponge would return with my crown,I got six days to fry this crab and I will let you remain grounded until the day of the crab's execution arrives.)

I think these questions would explain why Neptune is such a angry and mean ruler outside of his crown covering his bald spot and about why he rules with an iron fist? and another scene of him and Mindy(along with Plankton calling Dennis to pursue and kill SpongeBob and Patrick)would've been more great and gave the first SB movie a much longer running time compared to 87 Minutes and made it ever more great and awesome than usual.
