I'm talking about the video-game Battle for Bikini Bottom (and it's remake: Rehydrated). One infamous fact about this game is that unlike all other characters (besides Mermaid Man), Mr. Krabs has a different voice-actor in that game than his TV-Series voice-actor, being played by Joe Whyte instead alongside Mermaid Man (who is supposed to be voiced by the late Ernest Borgnine). One thing I have just noticed now is that there are several YouTube Videos in which the actual voices of any SpongeBob character can be used to customize any phrase or lyrics that comes to their editors' mind(s), thanks to the power of AI. So no need to wait to meet Clancy Brown in-person just to tell him to read one of Mr. Krabs' phrases from Battle for Bikini Bottom nor worry about the fact that Ernest Borgnine never got to voice Mermaid Man in BFBB (n)either, instead anyone who has enough motives to take advantage of AI's technology advancement can easily just customize voice-clips of both Eugene and Mermaid Man to say the exact phrases they say in the vanilla-game, except this time with their real voices.
I don't really have much else to say, just needed to point that out.

Unfortunately like several other early pieces of SpongeBob media, several sources have come into conflict over the exact release date for Battle for Bikini Bottom in North America. The various release dates are as follows:
October 21, 2003 (used on early sources)

October 29, 2003

Of course there is no denying that Battle for Bikini Bottom is 20 years old this year and was made, released, or at least copyrighted in 2003. This is blatantly evidenced by how the back of the box art, the disc, and the copyright screen when a person starts up the game all say 2003 on them. The systems choices for this game also give out an idea as to when it came out. Battle for Bikini Bottom was released on 5 gaming systems, nearly all of which are discontinued and have been long off the market for many years, with the sole exception of PC.
So yeah, the year is obvious, but exactly what day did it come out on in 2003 is confusing and conflicting reports. This has made it very annoying trying to add an exact release date to the Battle for Bikini Bottom, List of games, and Timeline pages. It also doesn't help the fact that several Google search results get it confused with Battle for Bikini Bottom: Rehydrated.
This was something I knew I wanted to do when I began work on the resource pack, and I'm very happy with the result. The model includes custom sounds, glowing eyes and fire and an animated face to look as if he's laughing. His arms also flap like the Ender Dragon's wings.
The texturing on the gloves are the last thing to do and the model is complete!
Happy anniversary. Battle for Bikini Bottom: Rehydrated was released 3 years ago on June 23, 2020. What are your thoughts?
So apparently, SpongeBot and Robo-Plankton from Battle for Bikini Bottom are gay. I checked and SpongeBob canonically is Robo-Plankton' s fiance.
