I watched all 4 episodes of SpongeBob today, “Allergy Attack!” “Single-Celled Defense” “Sandy, Help Us!” and “Big Top Flop”
For the 3 episodes:
‘Allergy Attack! - Sing a parody of the Ripped Pants song that recaps the events
Single-Celled Defense - What will happen to Plankton if he gets stepped on in real life?
Sandy, Help Us! - I hope you’re ready for a challenge, everytime the user goes “[USER], Save me!”, I will respond with SpongeBob quotes
Big Top Flop - Sing a parody of the "Pink Elephants on Parade" song from Dumbo that recaps the events.
Today Season 14 of SpongeBob SquarePants premieres with the Episode "Single-Celled Defense"
Allergy Attack:
It has magnificent animation and music editing and it was very reliable, but sadly it's one of the weakest episodes of the season because of the gross out scenes and Squidward torture was a bit too much, but I do like Perch Perkins here.
Overall rating: Good
Big Top Fop:
It was a hilarious episode and it was extremely fun and Ian V really makes it look like a classic episode, like always, and I actually cried at the part when Squidward was doing his sad clown act. I only didn't like the ending because it was disturbing and I'm not a fan of characters being conjoined.
Overall rating: Epic
Sandy, Help Us!
This has to be the most mixed bag episode of the season and not really a good way to end such a WONDERFUL season. I did like seeing The Flying Dutchman and Sergeant Rodrick again and the meteor and the earth being sentient, but Narlene kinda ruined it with a lot of feet jokes and the ending was awful. Pecan Sandy was kinda funny though.
Overall rating: OK
Single-Celled Defense:
Now, you might know that I once had a theory that it was gonna be bad because it was gonna be pointless, but I was wrong. It was quite a fun episode. It had a whole lot of good jokes and it was action packed. And unlike Say Awww, Karen was actually pretty likable. My only problem was that the pacing was quite slow.
Overall rating: Epic (close to legendary)
Well, first off, I had just switched from cable to Hulu and just realized yesterday (when Allergy Attack premiered) that I could have watched the new episodes live on my computer. Well, I realized it after the episode premiered, but it was a good thing I recorded all new episodes of SpongeBob and that all of Season 13 is available (Except Sandy Help Us! of course) and I also didn't see Big Top Flop when it premiered either because I was busy, but thankfully I was able to watch two of the new episodes and I gotta say, the guys at United Plankton Pictures knocked it out of the park TWO times so far!!! Season 13 is drawing to a close, and it looks like it's going out with a big bang!!
ALLERGY ATTACK:
Okay, first off, I just have to point out that the voice actors sounded absolutely AMAZING. Every single character sounded right on!! Nobody gave weak deliveries, nor did their voices sound off or any of that. They sounded PHENOMENAL in this episode!! Fantastic job as always to the cast!!!
Now, the episode itself was really, REALLY well done!! It was a pretty original concept, SpongeBob's cooking his kazillionth Krabby Patty (I'm amazed he didn't already make a kazillion Krabby Patties considering how much Patties were stored in the Patty Vault in Just One Bite) and he started getting allergic reactions all of a sudden and believes it comes from the Krabby Patties. I'm not going to spoil the episode just in case somebody hasn't watched it yet, but let's just say that SpongeBob's cause of the allergic reaction makes sense, but it kinda comes out of nowhere, but it makes for a funny gag! The story is pretty darn solid and - again - pretty darn creative! Sandy giving SpongeBob a humongous spacesuit was pretty funny too!! Seeing him flop around making a Krabby Patty and you can see all of the ingredients flying around in the kitchen, only to see that the Krabby Patty looks perfect was hilarious!!
I also REALLY LOVE the art style with this episode!! Everybody was drawn wonderfully!! That's one thing about the newer episodes of SpongeBob. People often complain that SpongeBob characters now go off-model too much. Sure, they go WAY off-model now than they ever had on the show, but this episode PROVES that going off-model can often look really REALLY good!! Another thing I loved was the close-up on the horrible kazillionth Krabby Patty he made for Bubble Bass. I'm a sucker for Krabby Patty close-ups, so it was pretty hysterical to see another one LOL
All, in all, to make this review short, I would give it a 9/10. It was a wonderful episode!! The only problem I sort of have is the ending. Again, I'm not gonna spoil it just in case there are few of you that still haven't watched it yet. All I can say is that the source for SpongeBob's allergies weren't the first thing that popped into your head when watching this. But, great job to Luke Brookshier, Dan Becker, and to the cast for putting together an awesome episode!!!
BIG TOP FLOP:
Now, THIS one, has got to be one of the BEST episodes of the ENTIRE SERIES!! Call me crazy for saying that, but I just freaking LOVE this episode!!! That's another thing about the new episodes. SpongeBob gets better and better each episode, so when a new episode comes out, you speak too soon when you say that this is the NEW best episode of the season. That's a GREAT thing!! Big Top Flop ROCKS!!
I don't care what anybody says. Mr. Krabs in the new episodes is the GREATEST!! He is so expressive in these new episodes!!! You can tell that the crew working on SpongeBob's favorite character is Mr. Krabs, because he is 100% in character every time he shows up and the way they animate him fits it!! I LOVE Big Top Flop's animation!! It one of the greatest I have seen from SpongeBob in a long while!! The way everyone looks and moves is FLAWLESS!! And the humor is top-notch!! FULL of hilarious jokes!! And, I also love the new character Mudkrab!! I hope to see more of him in the future. He rules!! Mr. Krabs, SpongeBob, Squidward and Patrick are at their BEST on this episode!! Not just from the way they look, but how they act! Everybody was on their A-game and weren't annoying, or out of character at all!! I also REALLY loved Squiddo (the saddest clown ever)'s performance. That realistic 19th century style close-up portrait of Squidward's face is absolutely priceless, but I actually appreciate how people actually loved his performance!! It does my heart good to see Squidward win. Man, I wish I could say more, but I don't wanna give it away considering the episode just came out earlier today, but I gotta tell you. If you haven't watched it now, WATCH IT!! You will NOT be disappointed at ALL!!!
Oh yeah, I forgot. I also loved that Mr. Krabs' calendar says Septembruary and his realistic finger moving around as he checks the date, and also that his pulse is just "MONEY. MONEY. MONEY." Clancy Brown, by the way, did an OUTSTANDING performance!! Fantastic job to Kaz and the rest of the cast and crew on this episode!! Let's hope Season 14 has more of this, yeah?
10/10 from me!! Fantastic episode!!!
All in all, we got some great stuff yesterday and today!! Let's all gear up for Sandy, Help Us and the premiere of Season 14 in just a few days It's almost here!!!!!!!
Happy Halloween and stay safe, guys!!!!

Until ‘Allergy Attack!” I’m so excited, don’t you?
Until the new SpongeBob SquarePants episode arrives, “Allergy Attack!”
But until then, here’s a new game, it’s called “Can You Guess The SpongeBob Character By It’s Catchphrase?”
Here’s how it works:
A random user will say a catchphrase from a SpongeBob character.
I will try to guess who it is.
Okay, let’s play!
