Me and my sister watched this episode yesterday and it is stupid disgusting.

The worst two parts are when Patrick puts the splinter in more or when Mr. Krabs takes out the splinter and it oozes all over him.

This used to be my least favorite episode of the show back in 2021 but as of this year i dont hate it as much as i used to there are much worse episodes out there like Choir Boys, The Nitwitting and SquidBird
