Why did they reference Rocko Show though? SpongeBob makes since everything knows and loves SpongeBob but nobody even knows what a Rocko is. If they're gonna make a joke like this then they ought to just reference a lot of Nicktoons. I really don't understand the purpose of this anyway? Is it just an appreciation message? I dunno. I shouldn't overthink it, it's a random visual gag from a Netflix little kid's movie.
