It is RandomLand... so make everything less random and remove the gross and weird parts. They already got rid of the biggest offender (Red Mist Squidward).

For One Coarse Meal, add more jokes.

For Squirrel Jelly, make it worth watching for 16 minutes or shorten it. It is pretty boring for such a long episode.

For Choir Boys, I’d just thanos snap it. It doesn’t deserve to exist.

"Make the episode actually entertaining" probably sums up all the other options.

Make SpongeBob Act in character in A Pal for Gary

Would definitely do much more with Squid Baby’s premise. Make it less unbearable and frustrating to watch.

Or possibly ditch the premise altogether. Probably my least favorite part of the episode.

My personal least favorite is Choir Boys, and while I’d love a well-written episode, a non-fillery episode, an in character episode, or an episode with more than one gag, I do like Slide Whistle Stooges, an episode where nobody is in character and it has one joke, but is salvaged for its good comedy. Make Choir Boys really funny and I’d be fine with that.
