I checked the Nintendo eShop, PlayStation Store and Xbox Live recently and it looks like 2 SpongeBob games made by Actvision, Plankton's Robotic Revenge and SpogneBob HeroPants, can no longer be purchased digitaly from those stores.
It seems as if Activision may have removed the games since they might not hold the license anymore. The last time we had a digital SpongeBob game removed was when THQ shut down. Hopefully this means Heavy Iron can get the chance to make another game...
